So winter break is coming upon us (Feb. 16-20) and some of us are just starting to think about what our kids can do when not at school. Others of you have already enrolled, paid and are set! (Super Brownie Points for you!).

Young Players Theater President’s Week Performing Arts Camp

February 16-20, 2009
Children will spend their afternoons exploring the theme “A City is…” through movement, music, and the spoken word.  Each day children will share and create stories with their bodies, voices, and imaginations. They will question and discuss what it means to be a city, to live in a city. They will imagine and create what their own ideal city would be like. Through playful games and exercises that engage the senses children will make their own personal discoveries and also work collectively with their peers. February 16-20, 2009: $65 daily until 4 pm. Additional $20 until 6:30 pm.

NY City Explorers

February 16-20, 2009: 8am-6pm.
Discover NY Day trips for school breaks and holidays! Send your school-aged child(ren) on a fun-packed day with New York City Explorers. Our creative and energetic teachers will guide them as they explore New York City, have fun in our indoor playspace, and participate in creative enrichment activities. The all-inclusive day runs from 8am-6pm. Winter break camp is $300.

President’s Week Arts Program

Register for the whole week or by the day. For children currently enrolled in grades K-5.  Performing arts program includes: theater, musical theater, dance, singing, tumbling … and lots of fun! Gymnastics with structure. Special activities include; trampoline, rope climb, zip line, obstacle course, parachute and other games and arts and crafts.  Snack and water will be provided. Cost is $60 per day. Minimum of 2 days committment and children must be potty trained.

******Lastly, this isn’t a camp, but the has special winter holiday hours and is open from 10am-5pm every day (including Monday of winter break)! Hooray!!!
